When the maximum number is reached that next person that joins is forced to go under another person. You have what is called spillover, but the sponsor decides where to enroll the next person, and it may not be under you. That will affect your overall residual income that you are trying to build.

Next there is the multilevel plan. This is where there are different levels to sign up, so you don’t have to invest the full amount at first. Then they may also have a matching override, such as in Big Ticket to Wealth. You will make profits on what the person under you sales. The override bonus only goes one level deep, and that means you are also sharing your commission with your sponsor on every sale forever! The other down side is that until you reach the top membership level you only get the lowest commission even if you sale the highest priced membership.
