In case you haven’t heard, J.K. Rowling’s next book “The Tales of Beedle the Bard” is scheduled for release on December 4, 2008.
This book contains all five wizardly fairy tales left to Hermione Grandger by Albus Dumbledore in the seventh and final book in the Harry Potter series. Only one, The Tale of the Three Brothers, is actually recounted in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. The other four are revealed here for the very first time.
A phenomenon like Harry Potter doesn’t come along very often. The young wizard and his eager companions Hermoine Granger and Ron Weasley have inspired countless children to delve into reading with a fervor rarely seen, and we have J.K. Rowling to thank for that! Rowling has created a fantastic world of wizards and muggles, ghosts and trolls, and good and evil that has completely revitalized a love of reading in both kids and adults all over the world.
